About Us
Our Small Street Clinic chiropractors represent a mix of old and new.
We are trained in many different chiropractic clinical techniques and methods, from traditional biomechanical/structural approaches to modern clinical neuroscience applications used to treat complex and chronic cases with whom we consult. We employ firm, “hands-on” techniques preferred by some patients and gentler energy and instrument approaches preferred by others.
No matter what technique or approach we use in our office, we are very keen to explain everything we do to you, as we feel (and the scientific evidence tells us) that the more educated you are about your health, the more self-dependent you will become. We are also very keen to move you to rehabilitation/exercise as quickly as possible, as we feel that your health is really in your hands, not ours. As much as we love seeing you, we try to avoid you becoming dependent on us.
