Paul Noone
Dr. Tony Cassis B.SC, M.SC, DACNB, ICCSP
REGISTERED CHIROPRACTOR
Tony started working with us at Small Street in 2012. Over the past 10 years, he has worked closely with Paul Noone, building a wonderful reputation as an excellent chiropractic clinician and an extremely caring practitioner amongst Small Street Clinic patients and referring practitioners. He holds chiropractic post-graduate qualifications in clinical neuroscience (DACNB) and International Certified Chiropractic Sports Practice (ICCSP).
After completing an IT degree from Monash University and 5 unfulfilled years working in the Corporate sector both locally and in London, Tony decided it was time for a change. After having his chronic low back pain successfully resolved through chiropractic management when all else failed, he decided that chiropractic was the profession for him.
He completed a 3-year bachelor, and a 2 year master of clinical chiropractic from RMIT- both with distinction. After graduation, he began practicing at Small Street Clinic under the guidance and mentorship of Dr. Paul Noone, where he completed a 3-year associate program in chiropractic complex case management. He also completed his International Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner (ICCSP) diplomate during that time. In 2013 Tony then began the 2-year Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board (DACNB) program, and successfully passed his board exams in 2015. Over the past 9 years, Tony has consulted on hundreds of complex cases, from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain to dizziness and balance disorders, childhood developmental disorders and hard neurological conditions (such as MS and Parkinson’s disease). His special interests lay in managing sporting injuries and vertigo and balance disorders, as well as the prevention of falls in the elderly. He is currently involved in a number of research projects looking at the effects of various interventions on balance. Tony lives in Ocean Grove with his wife, Jess and Ernie their dog. His passions include volleyball, surfing, and cooking.
